Sneaker Connecter Return & Exchange Policy

At Sneaker Connecter, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction; however, due to the unique nature of our sourcing process, we have a strict no returns, exchanges, or cancellations policy. Please review the details below before completing your purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges


- All Sales are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including for sizing issues. By completing a purchase, customers agree to these terms.
- Sizing Changes: If you need a size adjustment, please email us immediately at hello@sneakerconnecter.com. Size changes are only possible if the item has not yet been sourced. Once sourced, size changes, cancellations, and returns will not be possible.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products


- Proof of Fault: If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@sneakerconnecter.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photo Evidence Required: To initiate a claim for a faulty item, you must send clear photos showing the defect or damage. Our team will review and determine the appropriate action, which may include a replacement or other resolution if deemed necessary.

3. No Cancellations on Orders


- Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed, and trainers are automatically sourced for you. As a result, cancellations are not possible after the order is confirmed.
